About This Role
The Sales Director is responsible for building and managing a high-activity pipeline, driving adoption of THINNR's services into medical practices within their assigned territory. This role involves outbound outreach, scheduled presentations, partnership development, and closing new accounts consistently.
Responsibilities
- Set 3–4 qualified meetings per day with targeted practices
- Run 2 partnership presentations per day (virtual or in-office)
- Close 1–3 new practice partnerships per week
- Manage and grow relationships across Family & Internal Medicine, Functional & Integrative Medicine, OB/GYN, Bariatric Specialists, Medical Spas, and Wellness Centers
- Deliver clear, confident, benefit-driven presentations to decision makers
- Work closely with operations and onboarding to ensure successful activation and growth of new practice partners
- Track metrics and maintain CRM discipline in pipeline management
Requirements
- High-energy, driven sales performer with a record of closing consultative deals
- Experience in medical sales, aesthetic sales, pharmaceutical, wellness, or B2B service sales preferred
- Proven ability to run a high-activity schedule and maintain consistent numbers
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
