About This Role

The Sales Director is responsible for building and managing a high-activity pipeline, driving adoption of THINNR's services into medical practices within their assigned territory. This role involves outbound outreach, scheduled presentations, partnership development, and closing new accounts consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Set 3–4 qualified meetings per day with targeted practices
  • Run 2 partnership presentations per day (virtual or in-office)
  • Close 1–3 new practice partnerships per week
  • Manage and grow relationships across Family & Internal Medicine, Functional & Integrative Medicine, OB/GYN, Bariatric Specialists, Medical Spas, and Wellness Centers
  • Deliver clear, confident, benefit-driven presentations to decision makers
  • Work closely with operations and onboarding to ensure successful activation and growth of new practice partners
  • Track metrics and maintain CRM discipline in pipeline management

Requirements

  • High-energy, driven sales performer with a record of closing consultative deals
  • Experience in medical sales, aesthetic sales, pharmaceutical, wellness, or B2B service sales preferred
  • Proven ability to run a high-activity schedule and maintain consistent numbers
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Collaborator who thrives in a competitive environment
