About This Role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for growing revenue within Thinnr's existing reseller base. You'll be the bridge between the sales, operations, and marketing teams — coaching providers on how to launch, sell, and scale Thinnr successfully.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of provider partners (medical spas, wellness clinics, and functional medicine practices)
- Conduct reactivation sessions to ensure partners are trained on the Thinnr program, app, and products
- Educate providers on best practices for marketing, pricing, and patient experience
- Support clinics with implementation, staff engagement, and promotional campaigns
- Drive reorder and renewal rates by maintaining consistent partner communication and forecasting upcoming orders
- Identify upsell opportunities across Thinnr's product line (Boost, Maintenance Stack, other products)
- Partner with sales and marketing to launch campaigns that reactivate dormant accounts
- Analyze partner performance and proactively intervene when revenue trends decline
- Share partner feedback and feature requests with the product and marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, or revenue enablement
- Strong coaching and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and take action on insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (HighLevel preferred)
